My name is Araminta & I live in a small village in Cornwall surrounded by the beautiful Cornish countryside along with my partner & 2 young sons.
I have owned rabbits for a while now & have several Lionhead & 2 Rex rabbits.
I have had a couple of litters & have really fallen in love with the Lionhead breed; they are so friendly & make wonderful pets.
I only allow my rabbits to have a couple of litters a year as I feel it is not fair to the doe to be constantly with kits & it allows her a good rest between litters
I occasional have a cross bred litter & it is always interesting to see what the bunnies will look like!!
All my rabbits & babies are well socialized & handled from a young age; they are use to coming in to the house & playing with my other animals (cats & dogs) & will have been use to hearing my 3 year old son & baby!!
I now have 2 Rex rabbits that my mum bought me for my birthday, they are absolutely gorgeous & have the softest velvet coats that you can image. They are completely different from the lionhead rabbits that I have but have the same lovely nature & I am hopping to get a different colour Rex this year.
This is purely a hobby for me & I do not make any profit from breeding my rabbits – I do it purely for pleasure. The money I get from my babies goes back into buying hutches, food & all the other bits that give my bunnies a happy home
